

I helped my other bridesmaids order their correct sizes through the online system and magically had no issues (the non “bridal expert” lol).The dress didn’t fit because they recommended and told us to order a size that measured too small to my bridesmaid!! I had to look at the receipt again and one of her measurements was bigger then the dress size measurements!!! We were also rushed through the process in store of measuring and ordering. This problem dress size was recommended (and measured) by the associate and a process the store apparently stands behind (but not really). I ordered 4 bridesmaid dresses from this shop and had a problem with one of the bridesmaids dresses being way too tight, she couldn’t move in it. The staff at this store is just plain rude and NASTY.

The staff and all the guests applauded when I said Yes and daydream was so professional and efficient when checking me out, as well as thorough with details to ensure everything was correct and transparent of any changes or expectations. My appointment ended up running over by 15 minutes because of this.In the end I came out and said Yes to the Dress!!!! If Sandi didn’t give me space like that I may have ended up walking away, but she did not pressure me in anyway, laid out the information for me and let me take my time.I really appreciated her help so much and she made me feel so cared for. She helped me change and gave me privacy. So I asked to change back into my street clothes and call my fiancé for his opinion. It looked absolutely perfect with the change! She was also very upfront with pricing since changing the neckline was a major alteration.I felt overwhelmed as I was not expecting to decide on a dress so soon. She brought me to the fitting room to try it on a 2nd time and pinned a custom neckline for me to see what I can do to change the dress and assured me all of the dresses were highly customizable.

She was really hustling!In the end I fell in love with the 6th dress but I did not love the neckline. Everyone said the brides all looked beautiful!As I tried dresses on, Sandi adjusted the dresses based on what I liked and dislikes, and brought me extra options. I really felt so special trying the dresses on, and Sandi stayed in the room with me to help me dress, which I really appreciated!The main showing area stage holds up to 3 brides at a time so I did have to share the spotlight with other brides, but the guests of the brides were so pleasant and supportive. My bridal fitting room was spacious and pretty. The receptionists were courteous and neatly spaced out couches available in the seating area.My sales rep was Sandi, she was sweet and efficient, and worked very hard! I was a little overwhelmed by all the choices, so she paid attention to the things I liked and gravitated toward. Leading up to the appointment, reminders were sent out via text and email, and an additional questionnaire sent to better understand my style.Upon arrival, the shop in Paramus, NJ was absolutely lovely and gorgeous.

First time here, and absolutely lovely experience, from booking the appointment through to purchase!The appointment form was easy to fill out, and after requesting, the shop was prompt to call me and confirm details.
